
Manufacturers' Representation
Pre-design. Accompany H/W and system engineers during the system, board and product design. Consult and recommend solutions according to the customers' requests, needs and constrains.
Design phase. Full scale program management, recruiting manufacturer's management attention, enabling support-team resources and escalation path.
Post-design. Provide Post-sale technical support and connecting between the manufacturers' support team to the customer for major issues and escalation.
Education. Conduct seminars, trainings and meetings with collateral, presentation, roadmaps.
Partnership. Establish partnership between the R&D team and the manufacturer focal points, with mutual meetings at customers' premises.
Design-wins. Incremental sales driven from new design-wins accomplished within the R&D groups of the customers.
Account management, customer oriented and focus, with high capabilities of problems solving whilst maintaining full customers' satisfaction.
Sales Plans. Develop and execute go-to-market and sales plan, aligning with the manufacturer's strategy and materializing its product differentiations and strengths. Taking advantage of our in-depth knowledge of the Israeli hi-tech industry - customers, supply chain, competition during plans implementation and executing.
Intimate relationship with many customers at VP and C-level, enabling penetrating into new key prospects.
